I'm Sukh Dhaliwal, a photographer based in Edinburgh, originally from Canada.
I don't work to a single genre. Street, landscape and portrait sit side by side here, held together by an interest in ordinary moments and the quiet weight they can carry.
I shoot on medium format and 35mm film alongside digital, choosing the camera to suit the subject.
By day I'm an optometrist, so seeing is both my profession and my preoccupation.
